The installation substrate is properly prepared with scratch coat and waterproofing according to the requirements of installation.

4. Final Inspection
We inspect the completed stone installation with you to ensure its done exactly how you like.

Can natural stone be installed over and existing wall and is a concrete footing at the foundation required for it support?
For thin stone veneer a concrete footing is typically not required, however when the thickness of the stone surpasses 2 inches a footing maybe be required. Existing surface should be properly prepped and waterproofed before installation.
Does Accent Masonry install Natural stone fireplaces?
Yes we can install natural stone on fireplaces and also wood mantels.

Does natural stone need to be sealed on the exterior?
It is not necessary but good practice to apply the proper sealer to natural stone after installation to protect color.
